- Deposit all monies and other valuable property of MCPOM in the appropriate bank
- Prepare budget updates for presentation at each board meeting

- Responsible for maintaining MCPOM's membership records on Big Tent
- Oversee the enrollment of new members
- Serve as MCPOM’s representative to NOMOTC
- Report new member listing to NOMOTC each September
- File appropriate membership reports with NOMOTC as required throughout the membership year
- Send new members welcome emails with overview of club activities and support functions
- Work with New Member Social Coordinator to organize New Member events

- Responsible for the keeping of an accurate record of the proceedings of all meetings of the Executive Board
- Prepare minutes of the board meetings
- Post draft minutes of each board meeting on Big Tent as soon as possible following meeting
- Oversee MCPOM correspondence and maintain copies of all club correspondence
- Draft correspondence as requested by the Board

- Serve as the central point for all incoming newsletter articles and columns for the monthly newsletter

- Work closely with the newsletter designer to transform outline in newsletter layout and eventually publish
- Coordinate with Advertising Director to ensure that appropriate ads are in place
